What is an Individual Lease Program?

An Individual Lease Program is a service that benefits the renter as you are on your own separate lease and only legally responsible for rent in your own room.  The Program is also perfect for renters that do not have housemates secured. We offer housemate matching tools that put you in charge of selecting the perfect lifestyle fit. At Chaparral, you can enjoy your own room with a privacy bedroom lock, plus benefit from splitting shared utilities and living expenses for a fraction of the cost of a one-bedroom apartment.

What if I already have housemates?

No problem! Lock in a full 2 or 4 bedroom apartment with your friends while supplies last while still enjoying the peace of mind that everyone will remain on their own lease!

Shared rooms starting at $595 a person
Private rooms starting at $950

***Availability, floor plan options, pricing & fees are subject to change. All offers are while supplies last. Rates listed are per-bed. Rates do not include parking, gas & electricity, or $25 Background Check fee. Apartments are not furnished. Residents sharing a bedroom must find their own roommate.
